フリーランスの紙物グラフィックデザイナー歴16年。 鬱病？って自分が、まさかね、という疑念が生まれて始めました。その後、双極性障害かも？発達障害かも？と思いつつも、医者も薬も必須でないし、日常生活への支障もあったりするけどだいたいなんとかなるので、単なるダメな大人なのかな。それを改善中。特に金銭管理はひどいと思う。
